Is my blood pressure is too low?
I am 17 years old, female, 5'1 ", 105-110 pounds. I do not exercise. I measured the pressure blood about 4 days, and it was 93/54. It has always been in that range, just go over 100. So I wonder … Is this bad? 93/54 realllly is low? I have a history of heart disease in my family, so does it look like I'm out of that? What side effects can cause your blood pressure? Furthermore, this is high enough to donate blood? What about plasma?
Your blood pressure is fine. People in good shape and has no overweight may also have blood pressure. You do not have a problem with any of these factors. It is also the fact that heart disease in your family low B / P is not a bad thing. Not necessarily preclude such problems again down the road. But it definitely helps. Endurance athletes such as runners or cyclists have registered heart rate (pulse) in the 40's when at rest. Apart from that can cause dizziness if you stand fast of a meeting or by position. You may not allow you to donate blood, but that is something I would like to discuss with your doctor or wherever you go to donate blood (Red Cross, Plasma Center).
