What are your thoughts about a no-oil, no-dairy, no-animal-flesh diet?

Instead I eat a variety of leafy greens, colorful vegetables, yams, flax seed meal, whole oats, some sea salt, fresh fruit, vegetables, and lots of water. I occasionally take B vitamin supplements.

Thanks for the excellent link John. Yes. This diet avoids all cholesterol from diet. Your body does produce enough cholesterol to live, but statins are very powerful. If you go on this diet, make sure your cholesterol doesn’t go too low. Your brain needs some cholesterol, otherwise, you will experience neurological problems with statins. I take no statins, and my cholesterol and blood work is now near perfect without drugs. I noticed my energy level, memory, and altertness improving as well.
I take enough flax seed meal to provide all of my required Omega-3 fatty acid requirements.

well if you feel that your not missing out then go for it.Persoanlly i could not live on that diet but yes it would make you very healthy and be very good for the heart. However you can still be healhty with a mixed diet.
