How to help my sister (in law)?
My husband's family has a history of obesity / heart disease and even diabetes .. His sister 13 years of age and weighs 225 and she is not even in high school! Today I took her shopping and the sizes of the girls had left, but she refuses to wear mens clothing .. Please help me to help her .. both with clothes shopping and support with emotional problems .. For shopping try a store called Torrid-selling large-size women " teen-clothing type. My daughter-in-law is 5'3 "220 pounds and shops there. I have nothing to add to the other answers suggustions wonderful for diet and exercise. Good luck and God bless.
