Why is heart disease a cause of death for women?
I am ok and 14 years since I was born I have had this disease have had 3 open heart surgery now. and I hate to think of heart disease and bein the murderer number one women who do not need to be remember 24 / 7 it seems like television is always talking about it or something but I am afraid you have to but my trust in God and I know it will take care of me no matter what. but I have to worry much? I live what will happen to me, I'm scared of dying
Heart problems you're born with and the type that is obtained as an adult are very different, so do not think they are talking about you in their ads. Babies are born with holes in their hearts that collapsed soon after, for some this does not happen and then can develop problems. Adult women get heart disease because of drinking and smoking in the same numbers as men. Of course there are other factors such as poor diet, stress, medicine is so advanced and so, their chances of living a full life are great. Do not think about dying, just living life now.
