heart disease slides
Child's taste buds are different than adults? (My son is 5)?
When I was 5 years my father has heart disease and we had to eat healthy. My mother is an excellent cook. We ate salads, vegetables, nuts and meat (my father is a hunter). To make this more bearable Mom made a great variety of dishes, nothing's been the same twice. I never thought it was a choice to be picky when I was a child. I liked almost everything – Other than asparagus, but if I ate served anyway. My stepson lives 1 / 2 time here and his mother. I cook healthy meals, for dessert I make things like angel hair with fresh raspberries and whipped cream. Her mother is always filled with candy. Never cook anything that does not plop a can, a box or slide must are microwave – she truly is Chef Boyardee. He comes to our house who picks up your meals and end up not eating anything – then you want dessert. Scott said that my dinners are too exotic to him, I want to change the diet of starch, salt and sugar. Even make your kind of food once a week. Nothing is worki
children and adults 100/or suffer as more new daily taste buds. when your used to eating different foods taste different things. I used to limit salt not too much salt or sodium, and basically, because I made hamburger helper one day and could not eat because it tasted like salt poured into their mouths. but slowly I started sliping and not paying attention and do not realize as much salt. I do is make dinner and eat myself as an example children interested in what I'm eating. I told them to get the taste buds new every day and things could not taste good morning today. And I have a rule of two tasting spoon. Then you arn't allowed to be rude, if not I like that silently simply do not eat more. and is not a problem. But they have to try again next meal is two tablespoons. I put a wide variety of foods in the table to eat and be full, and teach the portions, so they can have a serving of macaroni and cheese heated lunch, but also a portion of salad or whatever the family is eating. It is my commitment that you eat what Mom did or did not eat until snack time, that's how I grew up and I'm not a picky eater. I can not even understand the trash parents feed their children now and I only have 23.
