IS GOOD caffeine for you?
Ok, so recently I went into this mega kick sound. No caffeine, no trans fats, many vegetable … you know the agreement. The thing is, I researched on the Internet and caffeine suggested that some somewhere between 100 mg and 200 mg of caffeine per day can be really good for you. Some articles indicate that it may reduce the incidence of heart disease, make your liver work better, some even suggest that will help reduce the risk of Alzheimer's disease! Well, if you MD here go any know what I know, because caffeine is so difficult to cut. I would not mind putting it back in my diet. : P
Caffeine has been reported to be good for you the way you talk. The issue is that you have to weigh that against the negative. Increase levels of stress hormone, increased blood pressure and heart rate increased. I confess that I am totally addicted to caffeine, but too much of a good thing can be bad.
