heart disease quick facts

When the cardiologist said that you suffer from heart disease – part-1
It all started innocently. I went to my doctor's care primary complaint dizziness and a sore back. An electrocardiogram or ECG revealed rapid heart muscle and a fine of operation. However, be at an age where heart disease is considered a possibility and have several risk factors, my doctor decided that the trip to see the cardiologist was in order.
After all, I thought, how could there be a problem with my heart? It took several boxes of 50 pounds down three floors only a few weeks. However, I thought it was better at least get a baseline so we can measure changes growth. And the fact that the dizziness does not disappear, it is still worrying.
The next test is a treadmill or stress test. Because as dizziness and nausea, however, the heart of the group decided to diagnose a chemical stress test was in order. It inserts an IV and took pictures of my heart muscle before being stressed. The idea is that it could then put my heart in a difficult situation and see reaction. A bit like a before and after these image sets. I could give you names of doctors and drug screening, but I am not doctor and prefer to offer a description of the perspective of the patient. Thus, after the first series of photos, technical chemicals inserted into my body via IV chemically "stress" my heart, while carefully monitoring my status. A short wait and another set of images.
After one week, asked for results. Instead of saying in a straight line, but was told that only the test results showed that there May be a problem and to fix an appointment with a cardiologist immediately. Now, I do not like the sound immediately so that it was more critical or important that you have seen something.
After talking with the doctor, it was decided that another battery noninvasive tests were in order. This time, was once the scanner. They sought to verify the deposits of calcium in my arteries.
The test results agree with stress tests and showed calcification of the arteries or atherosclerosis. In all tests, it seemed as if There was a development problem, but remains a serious problem. There was however a blood test for calcium, which indicates a level greater than 90% of people my age. It was too much! The doctor wanted now and almost insisted that we must watch what was happening.
An angiogram was in my immediate future. An angiogram is typically an outpatient procedure where the cardiologist open an artery in the leg and works in a camera in the arteries of the heart muscle. It sounds worse than it is but the advantage is that you know exactly what the condition of your heart and arteries are at this point in time.

Why is it acceptable to kill you little by little rather than (possibly) faster kill you?
It has been proved again as cigarettes and alcohol kill millions of people worldwide each year. People are allowed to consume tobacco, snuff and alcohol years, reflecting a huge potential burden to the health system if they end up with cancer, heart disease, stroke, etc., and basically slowly committing suicide. It is a fact documented many times. However, if someone wants to use cocaine, heroin, E, or other illegal drugs there, or just want to put a gun in his mouth and end all, why is it not acceptable? The result Final is the same … which is of course death. We will all die of something, sometimes. Why is it acceptable when the suicide is carried out for many years, and give the government the right to tell me what substances may or may not put in my body?
People are hypocrites do not like to admit.
