Anxiety or heart disease?
16 women 125 pounds (sport) I have always been a very healthy sport person play (Football / ski background), but I have been experiencing multiple symptoms that are starting to worry. Chest pains (not severe), shortness of breath, nausea, loss Appetite I feel nervous all the time afraid of dying / Heatran Imsomia attack Numbness etc etc this I'ven been feeling symptoms for 2 months Is it just anxiety or it could be a heart disease?
Definitely anxiety. The concern that could be the heart disease is just another symptom of anxiety. You may want to consider therapy.
