ways to reduce your heart beat for a short period of time?
Im looking to donate plasma, her heartbeat has to be less than 100 bpm. I am currently taking my medications are Adderall, which is a gear reduction, increasing my heart rate. a lot of time they are sent home because its too high. is ibuprofen, or some fruit, or anything to lower my heart rate over a short period of time, allowing me to make a donation? its not like im sick with an STD or something … just having trouble getting around in life.
