Understanding how cholesterol can cause heart disease

Cholesterol is a fatty, wax-like substance produced by the body and is in a wide variety of foods rich in saturated fats, greases. In normal amounts, cholesterol has a number of beneficial functions inside the body, protecting cells altered blood and attend a series of cellular processes. However, when excess Cholesterol is a major contributor to heart disease is now recognized as a major cause of heart failure and stroke.

The main reason that cholesterol causes heart disease is that clogs the arteries, preventing proper blood circulation in the body. When amounts excessive cholesterol cholesterol (especially bad – LDL) accumulate in the body and deposited in the arteries, which led to obstruction arteries. When cholesterol completely blocked coronary arteries (arteries in the heart), the result is heart failure Complete – heart attack.

Normal, healthy arteries is hard, harder exterior and interior very soft (essential for adequate blood flow). The three layers of the arteries (the outer layer, middle layer and inner layer) are constructed from epithelial cells. Then the outer layer is tough and the inner layer is smooth, the middle layer is muscular and elastic. Although all layers of the artery has a role important in maintaining normal blood circulation, only the muscular layer plays an active role in ensuring healthy blood flow. The muscle of the arterial wall works in conjunction with the heart when the heart pumps blood into the arteries, the muscular layer relaxes, allowing blood to completely fill the arteries when arteries filled with blood, contracts the muscular artery, causing blood vessels in all parts of the body. The integrity of layers arteries (the muscular layer, in particular) is essential to effectively conduct the blood (which contains oxygen and nutrients) throughout the body.

When excess cholesterol compromises the integrity arterial wall, which covers the soft arterial smooth inner layer. Cholesterol deposits in the arteries eventually leading to the formation of a thick plate which completely covers arterial smooth layer and affects the elasticity the muscular layer as well. The condition is called atherosclerosis and can eventually lead to a heart attack and accident movement. Even when the disease is not fatal (not including the coronary arteries), but their health deteriorates, thereby depriving the body of oxygen supply and essential nutrients.

To effectively prevent the deterioration of the arteries caused by high cholesterol, that are is a healthy eating plan and good exercise (to improve blood circulation and help remove excess cholesterol). Anti-cholesterol are also a good option for the prevention of atherosclerosis. These medications help to reduce cholesterol levels by reducing production of the substance in the body or help the body excrete the system.

What is your interpretation of this verse of Holy Quran?

[74:32] And not one, but we made the guardian angels of light. And we not fixed on that number as a test for those who do not believe that those who received the Scripture, can achieve certainty and those who think that may increase in faith and those who received the Scripture and the believers, no doubt, and those whose hearts are sick and who disbelieve say: "What – Allah with the illustration what type? "Thus Allah leaves astray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And no one knows the armies of your Lord, but he did. And this is a reminder to man. Mike thank you lol charlz nobody forced you to right what they say about this verse.

First, you must return to the same chapter, verse 27, God is here warning about hell, this chapter is that of Al-Muddathier (The One wrapped) is when God ordered Muhammad (s) to begin to preach the message of Allah in public, was revealed in Mecca. 74:27) And what will you do understand what the hell? (74:28) there is nothing left to spare. (74:29) shrivelleth man. (74:30) There are nineteen. If you look at the verse 28 abovehe warns unbelievers in hell, he will be in a state where neither alive nor dead. and verse 30 and verse you mentioned is nineteen guardians of the fire. They are angels who are appointed to "manage" hell. All interpretations of the number 19, are based on conjecture, and should not be considered true. Verse 31 is giving the reason for mentioning this issue. Only a test that creates an aversion in the hearts of the unbelievers and hypocrites. But faith and belief in increases in the hearts of believers. The verse also says that God alone knows the actual number of forces under his command, and further explained by saying it misleads whom He wills and guides whom He wills. The act or the will of Allah created different reactions among Men, by nature of their reactivity. If you look at the last sentence of verse 31 refers to the opposition only above the law of Allah, they receive guidance and some are bad, and nobody really knows how many levels of their Lord, but he did. W Sallam
