How to help your children develop healthy habits for a healthy heart
Working for the active family and an outline of the time for everybody can be together. You can make walking, cycling, swimming, mowing the lawn and garden. The list is endless. Everyone benefits exercise and time together, and you're one step closer to preventing heart disease in themselves and their children.
Remember not limit the time they allow their children to sit before the television, video games and computer. These activities and habits lead to a sedentary lifestyle and, possibly, healthy snacks, which increases the risk of childhood obesity and heart disease.
Never reward your children with food, especially sweets and snacks. Candy and snacks as a reward for promoting unhealthy lifestyles and healthy hearts. Instead, celebrate the good behavior of your child with a "game of hide and seek or a walk through a park or a tourist favorite.
Objectives, set limits and, like two or three desserts per week other than the usual fruit and a healthy hour of physical activity per day.
Eating on the road can be particularly hard. Trying to feed their children nutritious meals to all its daily activities and tasks is a challenge.
