protein shakes not accelerate your metabolism, which are a substitute for meal (or meals for weight gain). BMI trlls only that the relationship between weight and height, does not tell you about your health, fitness or muscle tone. So do not depend heavily on their BMI scores. (I know two professional athletes whose BMI is 26!) To tone your arms using weights (or canned beans, etc., if not dollars) search the Internet for arm exercises and do them. ups will be good for toning the arms to keep THM.
