heart disease conclusion
For an explanation of a chest radiograph?

I went to the doctor of immigration health check. At first, to control tuberculosis, but could not find anything. Performance, however, said the following: heart: Borderline. Blood vessels: Increase. Lungs: good ventilation and clear. Small granulomas bulateral. The conclusion states: vascular congestion. No acute infiltrate seen. Granulomatous Changeson remote left and right. Can anyone help me what that means. I'm 22, smoke and have a medical history of heart disease. That would explain the finding. The doctor did not mention anything respect. Thanks for your help.

You're fine. Something healthy, but good. Granulomas are probably congestion (are you sick) or smoking … Ah, and that are precursors to cancer! woot woot. but thats a few years down the line more likely. Cardiac limit his notes simply heart disease, probably a murmur or heart enlargement. Quit smoking, do light exercise, eat well and live longer. But relax, you're okay for now.
