How to check your heart rate is count the beats for a period of time, eg 15 to 20 seconds. Then multiply that number for the number of beats per minute.

The Fittest you, the lower your resting heart rate will be. There is a debate about what exactly is a resting heart rate. What the majority is healthy a man is 60 to 75 beats per minute for women should be between 60 and 80 beats per minute.

People who are very fit and active as professional athletes, may have a resting heart rate as low as 30 beats per minute. Athletes like to measure your heart rate to see if they more training.

These factors may affect the heart rhythm, which means that the measure might not be totally accurate.
While measuring their heart rate is not only or best way to determine their health status. Some people alone may have a heart rate above or below can be attributed single cause and specific. Most say, however, that a rate greater than 84 beats per minute may be hazardous to health.

A heart rate above 95 beats per minute for men or women would be considered fast, which is called tachycardia. An acceleration heart rate rarely means that heart disease can be caused by a number of things such as the many factors listed above.

Measuring heart rate recovery after work is another good way to see how healthy your heart. Your heart rate recovery how is your heart "recovered" just after the cessation of exercise.

For example, if exercised on a bike for 10 minutes, then stopped, the recovery rate is the amount of your heartbeat has slowed in the first minute of rest. The earliest you slow down, the best condition the heart is

Why McDonalds sponsor the Olympics? Is not this a contradiction?

Olympics active lifestyle = healthy, regenerating shape. McDonalds = junk food, obesity, heart disease, trans fatty acids. I do not think that Olympic athletes too frequent McDonalds too often.

LOL … I think exactly the same every time I see one ….. business as you never see a finely tuned athlete eating a Big Mac before making your sport … HA HA HA!
