Could be gas pain or heart problems?
I'm 22 years old. I have a famly history of heart disease, but also have acid reflux. I woke up this morning at 8 am and had chest pain on the left side, was a kind of brestbone to me and felt like I was under my left breast. Now it's 10 pm .. and now pain moved to the back left side. It feels kind of like it in my lung is on my back … but not I'm sure. It hurts mostly when I move my arm or sit up straight. It hurts less if I went to bed. I feel something I have to burp, but at the same time I feel like the time nausiated I am. Any help anyone?
